We have a hard-wired legacy Crestron system from 2008 in our downtown apartment which is now up for sale. Some of the features had not been used for years. We needed an evaluation of the system components: Wi-fi, 4 television monitors, whole home sound, zoned AC/heat, humidifier, floor-to-ceiling window shades and blackouts, and a complex, multi-dimensional lighting system with dimming. I called Sound & Vision on the strength of their experience (30+ years working with Crestron.) Jeff Kwiatek came out and thoroughly checked out everything, including basic wiring and connections. He rebooted several components and demonstrated every working function. Other techs told me I had to replace a "non-working" receiver, wall thermostat, wall touch screens, Blu-ray, and music player. Jeff proved they worked. If everyone at Sound & Vision is like Jeff and like Josie, who took time to understand and respond to my questions, then Sound & Vision deserves your business. They are simply, without doubt, the best.
