We have worked with Sound and Vision for the past 20 years on multiple projects (big and small) and numerous evolutions of technology. They are the only home automation provider we use given the quality of the service and the responsiveness of the team.

They are amazing. We worked with them on a massive project remotely. We gutted and combined two units in a downtown high rise. We lived out of state while the project was designed, executed and then we moved in! Two years on, we still call them for service, changes and updates. AND it’s the same team that did our install! These guys are simply amazing! Terrific on all fronts – knowledge/experience with technology, creative, and most importantly, enormously responsive! They implemented a fantastic home entertainment, network, security and lighting solution that is state-of-the-art and cost efficiently designed for what we need. Sound and Vision has been servicing our Crestron system at our home since 2008. ALL their service techs that have worked in my home since the beginning are still with the company. They are professional, always on time, and extremely knowledgeable on all technical issues.
